How can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Refer Return policy below.


In case I change my mind about the size picked up, can I replace the order?

Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement. Please refer to the Return Policy section below for  more details. Please note that returns/replacements are not applicable for International Orders. 


What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

We make sure that all the orders are packed with 2 level checking under CCTV/video surveillance. Even if you still receive any wrong/defective product, you can call us on +91 7011259801 and write to [email protected] to report the incident . Please do not use it or remove any tags attached to the product. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for replacement. In case we may not be able to provide you a replacement, we will initiate your order amount refund and you will get it within 7 working days. The product that I received was damaged and I want to return it. What do I do?

We make sure that all the orders are packed with double checking under CCTV/video surveillance. In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. Call us on +91 7011259801 or write to [email protected] within 24hrs of receipt of the product to report the incident.


Please do not use it or remove any tags attached to the product. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. Once our quality team confirms that the product dispatched was damaged at the time of packaging, we will initiate the refund and it will be refunded within 7 working days. Please refer to the Return policy section for details.


What is the Return policy?

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in an unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible. There will be a return shipment pickup charge for the return. Once our quality team confirms that the product dispatched was damaged at the time of packaging, we will initiate the refund and it will be refunded within 7 working days. 


How do I return my order?

You need to call the customer care on +91 7011259801 or email us at [email protected] (within 24hrs of receipt of the product to report the incident) stating that you want to return the product. The contact details of our logistic partner will be shared with you. You need to co-ordinate with them for return shipping. Take the following step: 

a) Fill the ‘Return Form’ which our team will send you and fill the details in it.

b) Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.

b) Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & another tag if any. 

c) Our logistic partner will pick this package from you. 

d) Post-inspection, only after we get a go-ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team, the refund process will be initiated and you will get the amount within 7 working days.
